I’ve known Jonathan from JNL Tech for a good few years now and since the day we’ve met, he’s assisted me to the best of his ability with supplying / installation of our office softwares and various tools. Just recently we needed a reload of Office 2019 and he had it supplied and installed within the same day. Absolutely brilliant service!

What a pleasant surprise. I just purchased Office Professional Plus 2019 from JNL and dealt with Jonathan. At first I was dubious, doing some research into his company number before calling him. He himself is stationed in Johannesburg, thus I was double cautious. However I am very pleasantly surprised ... everything is legit. I have bought a MS-Office suite from JNL Tech Software last year October and received the most outstanding service one could ask for. During the cause of usage Outlook opened slower and slower on my computer and I contacted JNL Tech Software on 24 April 2019 to see if there is a possible solution to the problem.

Not only reacted Jonathan within minutes to my email to JNL Tech Software, but he also remembered me immediately from our dealings during October 2018. He found the problem within seconds and corrected it, and guess what, he followed up to day, 25 April 2019 to ensure that my problem is solved and I am happy.

If this is the service you give to all you customers at JNL Tech Software, you definitely have to give lessons to some companies I have dealt with. Friendliness, effectiveness, and a sound knowledge of the equipment you work with seems to be the norm at JNL Tech Software.
