A shipping fee of R 100 will be charged for all opened box items, doesn't matter if it gets delivered to a Major Centre or Rural area. What happens after an order has been placed?

We do not store any Credit/Debit details or Store card information on our online store. We bank with First National Bank and Capitec Bank. If we send a quote to you for an item, whether it is a physical or digital product, it will only be valid for 48 hours. What courier services do you use?
We make use of Aramex, The Courier Guy and Rhenus Express. We mostly use Rhenus Express because they deliver the quickest and are the most affordable plus providing an efficient service within South Africa. If we want our items to be delivered as quickly as possible (overnight), we either make use of Aramex or The Courier Guy.
For International shipping, we make use of DHL because they offer the best Air Freight services for fast deliveries worldwide. We only dispatch and ship Sealed Box Software products worldwide at this moment, not PC hardware or Tech gadgets.
How much is the shipping costs if an order is less than R 3 000?
With all orders under R 2 500, a shipping fee of R 120 will be charged for Major Centres (CPT, JHB, PTA, PE and DBN) and a shipping fee of R 180 will be charged for Rural/Outlaying Areas due to high risks involved and distance (Farms, Townships, Desolated/Isolated Areas). P.O Boxes, Mines and Factories are not included as we do not deliver to these destinations.
For International shipping, a fee of $27 will be charged for deliveries depending on the area, destination, location and customs of the country. Extra fees may apply depending on custom duties, weight and volume of the packages.
Do you also ship products worldwide?
Yes, we do ship our Software products only internationally depending on the country, location and custom duties. Please get in touch with us first before placing your order for international deliveries.
When can I expect my item to be delivered to me after I placed an order and payment cleared?
Digital licensed software delivery is 1 - 24 hours or sometimes sooner after cleared payment and depending on time of order.
Major Centres (CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN, PE) is 1 - 4 working days or sometimes sooner after cleared payment and depending on time of order.
Rural/Outlaying Areas is 1 - 5 working days or sometimes sooner after cleared payment and depending on time of order.
Backorder deliveries are 5 - 10 working days due to not keeping the stock at our premises or sometimes sooner after cleared payment and depending on time of order.
Collections are 1 - 4 working days after placing an order before you can collect the item directly from us in Cape Town (Northern Suburbs). In some cases, your order might be ready for collection before the estimated time, but we will keep you informed about the status of your order. This also depends on time of order and cleared payment. Opened box items will be available to collect at our premises immediately after payment, but not new and sealed items.
Please note, that the above-mentioned deliveries, are just an estimate because we normally deliver before the stipulated times depending on time of order and when the waybill was created.
Can I collect my order?
No collections are allowed unless stated otherwise, because we are an exclusive online store only. All pc hardware/components, gets shipped directly from our supplier or distribution centres to our customers within South Africa.
Do I get an invoice after order has been placed and successful payment?
An email will be sent to you with your order confirmation that will include all the details of your order. An invoice can be sent via email upon request only if needed after the transaction is completed. Business details needs to be provided should you need an invoice after the transaction is completed.
When should I make payment after placing an order?
After an order confirmation and notification email from J N L TECH AND SOFTWARE PTY LTD, all payments will be due within 48 hours only. An order will be cancelled without notice at our own discretion if no payment was received within 48 hours after order confirmation.
Can I cancel an order if I ordered the wrong item and haven't paid for it yet?

Should you not inform us within 24 hours after the product has been delivered to you, we will not accept the return of a faulty/defective product. Are your deliveries free of charge?
No, not all orders qualify for a free delivery within South Africa.
All orders of R 3 000 or more, will be delivered free of charge to Main Centres as well as Rural/Outlaying areas unless stated otherwise. We do not deliver Internationally, to P.O Boxes, Mines and Factories, only to residential and business addresses at this moment in The Republic of South Africa Only.
Does your products come with a warranty?
All our products come with a manufacturing warranty of 1 to 3 years depending on the product and manufacturer. Please check warranties of the products that are listed on the website to have a better understanding of our warranties.
Digital Licensed Software doesn't come with any warranties however, we will do a replacement within 15-days or 30-days from purchase depending on the purchased product if or when the need arises. It is very unlikely that this would happen because we make sure that the digital products that we send via email, are brand new and unused to avoid installation or activation issues. An online technical diagnostic test will be done first to check the issue on the device before any replacements will be issued. J N L TECH support needs to check and diagnose if the issue is from the customer side or our side to validate if a replacement should be issued or not.
No replacements will be issued without any online technical diagnostic tests or remote support. Software replacements will only be issued within 15-days or 30-days from purchase depending on the purchased product after the online technical assessment was done. J N L TECH AND SOFTWARE Terms and Conditions apply.
We might require a clear screenshot or clear recorded video footage of the error code that you encountered whilst installing the purchased software from us to do a proper investigation before any replacement will be issued.
Do you accept product exchanges?
Yes, we do accept exchanges within 7 days from purchase on PC Hardware or Tech Gadgets as per the terms and conditions that is stipulated on this website. Do you have a moneyback guarantee?
Yes, we do have a 7-day moneyback guarantee policy on all PC/Tech products that is sealed, not tampered with and that hasn't been used. PC Hardware and Tech Gadgets, must be returned to us in it's original sealed packaging, unopened, not tampered with and in new condition to qualify for a moneyback guarantee.
The item must also be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and in a condition for re-sale to qualify for a moneyback guarantee.
The moneyback guarantee policy doesn't apply to any Sealed Box Software or Digital Licensed Software due to the nature of the products.
