All orders over R 3 000 or more, will be delivered free of charge within South Africa Only. Electronic Software Delivery items gets delivered via email nationwide and internationally with clear instructions such as digital licensed software within 1 - 24 hours or sometimes sooner depending on time of order.
With all orders under R 3 000, extra fees will apply upon check out. Please check that you choose the correct shipping method when you place an order upon check out. If the wrong shipping method was selected upon checkout, we will not accept your order and will cancel it immediately at our own discretion. Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.
We deliver to all Major Centres and to Rural/Outlaying areas within the borders of South Africa Only.
Deliveries to Major Centres will be 1 - 4 working days or sometimes sooner depending on time the order was placed and payment reflected.
Deliveries to Rural/Outlaying areas might take 1 - 5 working days due to high risks involved and distance plus depending on time the order was placed and when payment reflected in our bank account.
Expected delivery within 5 - 10 working days on Backorders Only for Full Package Products of any Sealed Microsoft Software Items or sometimes sooner depending on time of order and when payment has reflected in our business bank or PayPal business account. Backorders Only applies to Full Packaged Products of Microsoft Software. The order will only be processed once order has been confirmed and payment cleared. Sealed Microsoft Software products can only be placed on Backorders due to not having the products/stock at our premises. Sealed Box Versions gets shipped within South Africa and Worldwide. Once your order is confirmed, we will start processing it and keep you updated on the status of your order. Deliveries on all Backorders are Free of Charge in South Africa Only however, when we ship the products abroad, shipping fees will apply due to customs and Air Freight.
The above-mentioned deliveries, are just estimates as the items gets delivered before the stipulated times depending on time of orders. Tracking numbers will only be active within 24 - 48 hours after the courier has collected the parcel from us.
When you place an order under R 3 000, please check the delivery fees when you check out and choose the correct method for delivery of your order (Major Centres or Rural/Outlaying Areas) depending on your area.
No collections are allowed unless stated otherwise, because we are an exclusive online store only. All pc hardware/components, gets shipped directly from our supplier or distribution centres to our customers within South Africa.
When using the Payfast payment method for PC Hardware, Tech Gadgets or Sealed Microsoft Software, the order will take a bit longer to be processed due to Payfast that only process payments within 72 - 96 Hours (4 working days). Only when payment cleared in our business account after Payfast processed it in our account for PC Hardware, Tech Gadgets and Sealed Microsoft Software, we will start processing your order and will keep you updated on the status of your order. Digital Licensed Software, will still be delivered via email within 1 - 24 hours when using the Payfast payment method. We welcome Payfast payments for Digital Licensed Software orders because the order will still be processed after PayFast confirmed the order.
A fee of R 120 will be charged for Major Centres (CPT, JHB, PTA, PE and DBN) and a fee of R 180 will be charged for Rural/Outlaying Areas due to high risks involved and distance (Farms, Townships, Desolated/Isolated Areas), No Mines and Factories are included. The above-mentioned fees only apply to orders that are less than R 3 000. Any orders above R 3 000 will be delivered Free of Charge in South Africa Only.
A fee of $27.00 will be charged to ship our Sealed Microsoft Box Software products to USA, UK and Worldwide depending on location, country and custom duties. We only ship to Business or Residential Addresses, not to Farms, Factories, Warehouses, P.O Boxes or Virtual Addresses.
Please note, that all items listed on the J N L TECH Online Computer Store, are in stock with our suppliers/distributors however, only opened box items are kept at our premises. We order our stock from various suppliers, distributors and warehouses when an order has been placed, to make sure that you get a brand new item that is sealed, unopened and not tampered with.
Important Note: All PC Hardware and Tech Gadget stock gets shipped directly from our suppliers/distributors to be delivered to our customers after cleared payment to avoid delivery delays. No item gets shipped and delivered to us first and then delivered to our customers afterwards. That procedure will cause a major delay in the delivering process, that is why we prefer the distributor to customer delivery method to deliver orders as soon as possible to our customers after cleared payments. Only PC Hardware or Tech Gadgets that gets collected from our premises, we have to order from our supplier and wait for arrival before we inform our customers to collect the item or send their own courier for collection. Backorder deliveries such as Sealed Microsoft Software, also gets delivered at our premises first before we dispatch, ship and deliver the products to our customers within South Africa. International customers can also place orders on Sealed Microsoft products however, shipping fees will vary depending on the address or location.
We constantly have to update the prices on our online store and amend product stock levels based on information we receive from our suppliers/distributors.
Please contact us first to confirm stock availability to avoid being disappointed before making payment for any PC Hardware or Tech gadget orders on our online store. Either send us an email or a direct message on WhatsApp Business before you place an order to confirm stock availability. Then we can check if the product is available or not to proceed with your order or transaction to avoid disappointments and delays. We aim to provide a speedy delivery service on all our orders and will keep you updated throughout the ordering process. Upon receipt of your order, you might be asked by our courier to sign for the parcel confirming that the goods are delivered and in a good condition. If you are not available at the delivery address, our courier will make another attempt to deliver the product the following day, to make sure that you received the goods and signed for it. If the courier must try to deliver the item for the third time, additional fees will be charged and we will quote you accordingly. Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to avoid delivery delays. We will contact you on the third attempt delivery to quote you accordingly before we ship the product again to you.
Should any of our items not be in stock with our suppliers, we will inform you and recommend an equivalent item. If the equivalent item doesn't suit you, you are more than welcome to cancel the order or let us know if we should place the item on backorder. We will be in touch with you throughout the ordering process to make sure that the item/s you have ordered, gets dispatched and delivered as soon as possible within the stipulated time frame.
All products on our J N L TECH store, comes with a 1 - 3 years manufacturer’s original warranty, which is listed on our website.
Digital Licensed Software doesn't come with any warranties however, we will do a replacement within 15-days or 30-days from purchase depending on the purchased product if or when the need arises which is very unlikely. An online technical diagnostic test will be done first to check the issue on the device before any replacements will be issued to you. J N L TECH support team needs to check and diagnose if the issue is from your side or our side for security purposes. Full Package Products of Sealed Microsoft Software doesn't come with any warranty, replacements, exchanges or refunds. Once a Full Package Product of any Sealed Microsoft Item has been shipped and delivered, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted due to the nature of the product.
No replacements will be issued on Digital Licensed Software without online technical diagnostic tests. Replacements will only be done within 15-days or 30-days from purchase only depending on the purchased product after the technical support assessment has been done. We might require a clear screenshot or clear recorded video footage of the error code that you encountered whilst installing the purchased software to do a proper investigation before any replacement will be issued.
If you placed an order and the goods arrive damaged, missing any parts or contents, then we will do our utmost best to resolve the issue as soon as we can.
Please kindly notify us within 1 - 48 hours after delivery by contacting us to resolve the issue and attend to the matter urgently. If that is the case, we will be liable for the collection costs of the item to collect it from your residence or business address as soon as possible to replace/exchange it for you.
In the unlikely event that a product becomes faulty within 24 - 48 hours of the delivery date, we will make arrangements for a courier to collect the item as soon as possible. Please pack all contents neatly in the original packaging that came with it for our courier to collect the item from you. J N L TECH AND SOFTWARE PTY LTD will be liable for the charges of the courier, should a product becomes faulty within 24 - 48 hours only. A replacement will be issued and send via our courier to you free of charge.
Once your order has been confirmed on our site, you will receive an email with your order number and the process that needs to be followed before we dispatch your order. Please make payment via EFT only. We accept various payment methods due to the nature of our online business and to make it convenient for our customers. All orders will be processed and placed with our supplier/distributor once we received proof of payment and will start shipping your order once payment reflect in our Business bank account. We bank with First National Business Bank and Capitec, so payments might take 24 - 48 hours to reflect in our bank account depending on the bank and payment method that was used. Please use your Order Number as payment reference in order for us to allocate your payment as soon as possible to speed up the process of your order. Order Number should always be used as payment reference for any online payment on our store.
Please note, that all payments must be made within 24 - 48 hours of placing an order otherwise, we have to cancel your order due to price changes from our suppliers/distributors. No products will be reserved unless it has been paid already. We operate on a first come, first serve basis and no products will be reserved unless the order was fully paid.
