Upon purchasing any Digital Copy or Box Versions of our Microsoft software on this website, you need to be familiar with the software to download and install it on your Desktop Computer, Laptop or Apple Mac device.
However, if you are not tech-savvy and need assistance, you may opt to use our online remote technical support in order for us to assist you online remotely anywhere in South Africa and Worldwide.
Please note, this option will only be used to install or configure the software that was purchased on our online store, not for other installations, configurations unless stated otherwise. This doesn't apply to installations of Microsoft Windows Server or Microsoft SQL Server software as we won't be liable for any errors or malfunctions on your Servers or devices.
This will be a fixed amount for our online technical remote support within South Africa or Worldwide also if the need arises during office hours only. Afterhours support is available but we will quote you accordingly.
If you placed an order on our online store for any Digital or Box software and you also need our online technical remote support with installation of the product, please add Online Remote Tech Support to your cart as well when you checkout in order for us to offer Online Remote Technical Support to you. Please note, you need to be infront of your Desktop Computer, Laptop or Apple Mac device before we assist you online remotely. The software needs to be downloaded on your device before we assist you. Instructions will be given when an order was placed for technical online remote support.
No technical support will be offered unless you are present and infront of your device due to security purposes. We will not offer online tech support if you are not present.
Tech support will only be offered during office hours as we do not offer support after hours unless it is an emergency however, extra fees will apply and you will be quoted for it before we assist you online.
